Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped. Because we deal with live plants that require specific preparation for transit, once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, detailed eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages.

  • Live Plants: For most live plants, any issues (such as damage during transit) must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Plant Items: For tools, pots, and accessories, the standard return window is 3 days.

  • The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.

  • In case we do not have a pick-up service available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our registered office address.

  • Return or exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.


Important Notes for Returns

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please note:

  • Hygiene & Health: Non-plant items should be unused and in their original condition.

  • Packaging: The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items returned without original packaging or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.

  • Custom Orders: Customized products (such as personalized planters or bulk corporate gift sets) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Timeframe: Return or exchange requests not raised within the specified return period (refer to the individual product page) will not be accepted.

  • Live Plant Integrity: We cannot accept returns if the plant has been repotted, pruned, or mistreated after delivery.
